SwiftProof is operated by John Akanni, trading as SwiftProof. Contact: resolvr12@gmail.com

By creating an account and using SwiftProof, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, do not use SwiftProof.

1. What SwiftProof Is

SwiftProof is a delivery proof and dispute management platform for food businesses taking orders via WhatsApp and social media. We provide confirmation links, GPS tracking, proof records, and AI-assisted dispute analysis tools.

SwiftProof provides tools to help you manage disputes. We do not guarantee any specific outcome in any dispute. Decisions about refunds remain entirely yours.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use SwiftProof. By using the service, you confirm you have the legal authority to enter into this agreement on behalf of your business.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately at resolvr12@gmail.com if you believe your account has been compromised.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that show signs of unauthorised use or abuse.

4. Free Trial

New accounts receive a 5-day free trial with full access to SwiftProof. No credit card is required to start a trial. At the end of the trial period, your account will be restricted until you subscribe to a paid plan. Trial data is retained for 30 days after trial expiry.

5. Subscription and Payment

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly via Paystack. By subscribing, you authorise recurring charges to your payment method on the same date each month.

All prices are shown in GBP (£). Paystack handles all payment processing and is subject to their own terms of service.

We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice. Existing subscribers will be notified by email before any price change takes effect.

6. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from the billing page in your account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access until that date. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial months.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

8. Your Data and Content

You retain ownership of all data you enter into SwiftProof — order details, customer information, delivery records. By using SwiftProof, you grant us a limited licence to process this data solely to provide the service.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to collect and process personal data about your customers, riders, and kitchen staff in compliance with applicable data protection laws.

9. Limitation of Liability

Important: SwiftProof is a proof and evidence management tool. We do not guarantee that using SwiftProof will result in any specific outcome in a dispute. The AI analysis feature provides guidance only and is not legal advice. You remain solely responsible for all refund and dispute decisions.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SwiftProof and John Akanni shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including loss of revenue, loss of data, or business interruption.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of SwiftProof shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

10. Service Availability

We aim to keep SwiftProof available 24/7 but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or encounter outages. We will not be liable for losses caused by service unavailability.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or use SwiftProof in a way that harms other users or third parties.

You may delete your account at any time by contacting resolvr12@gmail.com.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of SwiftProof after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
